Our Services

BarkHarbor provides private, in-home dog training services within our stated service area. Services, scheduling, and pricing are discussed and confirmed directly with you before any session begins. Information on the Site is general in nature and is not a guarantee of specific outcomes for your dog.

Booking and Cancellations

Consultations and sessions are scheduled by phone or through the Site's contact options. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risk, including the risk of bites, scratches, property damage, or other injury, regardless of a dog's history or temperament. By engaging our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to supervise interactions and follow trainer guidance during sessions.

No Guaranteed Results

Every dog is different, and behavior outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including consistency of practice between sessions. We do not guarantee specific behavioral results or timelines.

Payment

Fees for services will be communicated and agreed upon before sessions begin. Payment terms, including any deposits or late-cancellation fees, will be provided at booking.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any contact forms, phone numbers, or content provided on the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by BarkHarbor or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarkHarbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services, beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.
